Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery.
Client shall be responsible for payment of all shipping and handling fees, which will be invoiced to Client by Studio Upgrade, if not included in the initial invoice (“Shipping Fees”).
After assembly Services have been completed Studio Upgrade shall ship the Deliverables to Client’s designated destination. If Client rejects the Deliverables, Client and Studio Upgrade shall confer to determine the reason for rejection. If any defective Deliverables are solely caused by gross negligent acts of Studio Upgrade, Client and Studio Upgrade shall discuss in good faith an appropriate compensation or to develop and implement a corrective action plan for any errors or defects and re-work of Deliverables where applicable.
All Deliverables delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be addressed to an address designated by Client and shall be sent via a carrier and delivery method and speed designated by Client. If client does not designate a carrier, method, and delivery speed , Studio Upgrade may choose a carrier, method and delivery speed in its sole discretion. Studio Upgrade’s liability for damage and risk of loss shall cease upon provision of Deliverables to the designated carrier.
